1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver orders across Kenya, with enhanced delivery options available within Nairobi.

All deliveries are handled through our trusted courier partners to ensure secure, timely, and trackable service.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the time your order is placed.

Nairobi Orders

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM are delivered within 48 hours.

Outside Nairobi

• All orders placed outside Nairobi are delivered within 48 hours countrywide.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to logistics, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Confirmation

• After placing an order, our team will contact you to confirm:

  • Product availability

  • Delivery location

  • Delivery fee

• Orders are only dispatched after successful confirmation.

4. Delivery Fees

• A delivery fee is required to be paid in advance after order confirmation.

• Delivery fees vary depending on your location.

• The delivery fee covers courier handling and logistics costs.

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

5. Pay on Delivery Terms

• Customers pay the remaining product balance upon delivery.

• Payment is completed after the product has been delivered.

• Failure to pay the advance delivery fee may result in order cancellation.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

• Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon delivery.

• Once the item is accepted and payment is completed, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered failed if:

• The customer is unreachable

• Incorrect delivery details are provided

• The customer is unavailable during delivery attempts

In such cases:

• The delivery fee remains non-refundable

• Re-delivery may require an additional delivery fee
